LIEUTENANT COLONEL S.N.K KHATTAK ON HIS DINING OUT WITH HIS SECOND IN COMMAND MAJOR ABDUL AZIZ KHAN-29 APRIL 1964 – KHARIAN CANTONMENT PA 803 LT COL S.N.K Khattak more popularly knownas Colonel Nisar Khattak , a direct descendant of Baba Khushal Khan Khattak , Freedom fighter and great poet who defied Mughal occupiers here stands with his second in Command PA-2062 Major Abdul Aziz Khan on his dining out on 29 April 1964 – Lt Colonel Abdul Aziz Khan originally 2 Royal Lancers was transferred to 19 Lancers at time of partition and commanded 11 Cavalry (FF) from 30 April 1964 till he was wounded in action at Phillora along with his second in command Major Muzaffar Malik , both stalwarts losing their legs.He commanded both in Operation Grand Slam and at Chawinda and Phillora . Lt Col S.N.K Khattak commanded 11 Cavalry twice from 27 January 1957 to 29 October 1958 anad again from 1st January 1962 to 29 April 1964.
